The output of Procura+ is an action plan for sustainable procurement to monitor its implementation, review its progress and make any necessary changes in Word or PDF format.
The objective of Procura+ is to motivate a significant number of public authorities to include environmental, social and economic considerations into their procurement policies and tendering procedures. Through this the market for cost-effective environmentally and socially responsible products and services can be stimulated.
To use Procura+, you need to create a Baseline Inventory including a Procurement Scorecard and conduct an internal review but also obtain the necessary political support for its success through sustainable purchasing policies.
